Man Wanted for Newark South Ward Shooting

Police in Newark requests the public’s help in locating Mr. Daquan Ragland, 29, wanted for questioning in connection with a shooting that occurred on Wednesday, April 15.

Police say at approximately 4:20 p.m., police responded to a call of shots fired in the area of 93-95 Clinton Place.

Police located property damage resulting from gunfire, but no one was reported as injured.

Detectives investigating this incident are seeking Daquan Ragland for questioning and seek the public’s help in quickly locating him as part of this investigation.

He is described as 5’9” tall and 160 lbs. He has a light brown complexion, black hair with a full beard and brown eyes.
