Police announced the arrest of a 34-year-old Newark man wanted in connection with Monday’s shooting.
Police responded to the 100 block of Isabella Avenue Monday for a report of shots fired without injuries.
Upon arrival, officers determined that Antonio Hunte was the person wanted for firing the gunshots. A tip sent the city's Fugitive Apprehension Team to Hunte’s Isabella Avenue residence, where he was taken into custody without incident.
