Police in Trenton are on the search for a suspect responsible for a shooting that injured a man in a neighborhood in the city Monday morning.
According to authorities, police responded to reports of shots fired that rang out in the vicinity of Pennington Ave and Coolidge just before 12:30 a.m.
Officers arrive and found the unidentified victim suffered a non-life threatening gunshot wound in his arm at that location.
Police say Trenton EMS and Capital Health Paramedics transported the man to the hospital in serious condition.
The motive for the shooting remains under investigation.
