Authoritities in Trenton has launched an investigation into a shooting that left a man injured near an apartment complex in Trenton Monday evening.
According to Trenton Police, at approximately 6:40 p.m., gunfire rang out in the 500 block of Grand Street, sending police to the scene to investigate.
Trenton officials said units arrive at the scene and found a male victim struck by bullets in from of the Grand Court Villas Apartments.
According to police, the victim was rushed to Capital Health Trauma Center with unspecified injuries.
The Trenton Shooting Response unit was on the scene handling the investigation.
There were no arrests reported.
