Police are in the 400 block of Chapman Street investigating a shooting that has a man seriously injured.
Gunfire rang out at around 10 p.m. sending police to the scene where a male victim was reportedly found shot multiple times to the abdomen.
EMS transported the victim (who was reported to be in his early 40's) to University Hospital in serious condition.
A crime scene has been setup where police are collecting evidence and searching for a suspect.
