Authorities in Camden are investigating a shooting that had a man transported the hospital late last night in the city.
Police responsed to reports of a car that crashed into a building on Kaighn Avenue and Haddon Avenue a little after 11:30 a.m. where they immediately requested EMS after locating a male victim inside the vehicle suffering an apparent gunshot injury.
Emergency responders extricated the victim from the vehicle and transported him to Cooper Medical Center where he is reported to be in serious condition according to reports.
Authorities are attempting to determine where exactly the man was shot before the vehicle crashed.
The incident is being handled by the Camden Police Department.
