A man found seriously injured in the 60's block of South 11th Street this evening has authorities investigating.
Police responded to the scene on reports of shot fired at around 9:30 p.m. when they found a male victim suffering serious injuries from a possible stabbing or after being shot.
EMS transported the victim to University Hospital where he was reported to be in serious condition.
In an unrelated incident in the South Ward of the city, police responded to reports of multiple rounds of gunfire that rang out in the area of Leslie Street and Keer at around 9:15 p.m.
Arriving officers setup a crime scene after finding several shell casings.
There were no reported injuries.
