Man Found Dead in Bergen County Likely Fell from Building

Authorities in Bergen County are investigating the death of a man found between two high-rise buildings in Fort Lee, which they believe was the result of a fall overnight.AdInitial reports from the scene indicated that emergency responders were called to the single-digit block of Horizon Road around 1 a.m. after receiving reports of an unconscious male.

Upon arrival, police and EMS discovered a severely injured, unconscious, and unresponsive male lying on the ground between the two structures.

The unidentified man was pronounced dead at the scene.

While the investigation remains active, initial assessments suggest that the individual may have fallen from one of the buildings.AdFort Lee Police and the Bergen County Prosecutor's office have not indicated any signs of foul play at this stage. No other injuries were reported in connection with the incident.

Authorities are continuing to investigate to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the tragic fall, and further details will be provided as the investigation progresses.
