Orange Police officers took a city resident into custody and charged him with selling alcohol and food without a license on 4th of July.
According to police, noise complaints from residents in the 200 block of Park Avenue had officers respond to investigate.
Units arrived and said they observed Mr. Winston L. Hinds, 64, engaged in the sale of alcohol and food at that location. Police say they took Hinds into custody and charged him with several crimes after learning that he did not have a license to sell liquor to the public.
The incident remains under investigation by Orange Police.
