A Mercer County Superior Court judge today granted the state’s motion to detain a Skillman, New Jersey man charged with luring and lewdness offenses that occurred last week at Mercer County Community College.
Adam Woolf, 23, of Skillman, is charged with five counts of second-degree luring, three counts of fourth-degree lewdness and five counts of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
According to documents filed in this case and statements made in court, on February 7, 2017, at approximately 5 p.m., Woolf, a registered sex offender, was in the Physical Education Building on Mercer County Community College’s West Windsor Campus.
Woolf was representing himself to juvenile swimmers, all under the age of 13, as a maintenance employee and warning them that the chlorine levels in the pool would cause damage to their bathing suits. He directed three juvenile boys into an upstairs men’s locker room, followed them inside, undressed and showered naked in front of them. He also encouraged the boys to shower naked. Two juvenile females also reported that Wolfe followed them into the women’s locker room and attempted similar activity. Woolf was approached and identified at the pool by MCCC security.
