A Middle Township man wanted in connection with the theft of an ATM has been charged, police announced.
According to police, on May 26 sometime between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following day, entered a local diner and cut the diner's phone, cable, and internet lines right before dragging the ATM into the parking lot then into a vehicle.
Detectives identified and charged
Gregory A. Lazicki, on Oct. 3 with burglary, theft and criminal mischief. Lazicki was already in the Cape May County jail reportedly on charges of simple assault, robbery, and conspiracy.
The ATM contained approximately $4,040, police added.
