Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher Gramiccioni announced this afternoon that an 86-year-old man has been charged with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy.
Albert DeCresci, who was residing in Tinton Falls when he was alleged incident occurred, was found sexually assaulting the teen. Authorities have not released the identity of the victim nor the relationship between the boy and DeCresci.
DeCresci’s bail was set at $250,000 with no 10-percent option. He is currently lodged in the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold Township.
If convicted, he could be sentenced to 10 years in prison without parole, and be subject to the provisions of "Megan's Law" and Community Supervision for Life.
