Detectives are investigating the violent stabbing of a male found in a section of Trenton Saturday morning.
Trenton Officers reportedly found the victim stabbed multiple times in the 500 block of South Clinton Avenue just before 4:50 a.m.
EMS units rushed the victim to the regional medical center, where doctors treated his injuries then listed the victim in serious condition.
Police have not released the man’s identity as the investigation remained active and ongoing.
Detectives do not know a possible motive for the killing at this time. Officers had arrived at the scene after receiving a 911 call about an assault in progress.
No arrests have been made thus far in the ongoing investigation. Police did not provide a description of a suspect.
