A male that fell from a window in Jersey City has police investigating what caused the fall.
Emergency responders rushed to the vicinity of 154 Kensington Avenue after they received reports of an injured person at around 3 a.m.
Police and rescue crews arrived at the scene and found the severely injured, unconscious and unresponsive male lying on the ground after he fell out the window of a 5-story brick framed building.
EMS provide life-saving techniques on the male then rushed him to Jersey City Medical Center where his injuries were reported as life-threatening according to reports.
Police believe that the victim fell from the window while engaged in a conversation with a person on the street.
The incident remains under investigation.
