Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli announced the arrest of Glenn C. Nidoy, 26, of Lodi, on two (2) counts of sexual assault, and one (1) count of endangering the welfare of a child.
On Dec. 4, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and the Maywood Police Department arrested Nidoy after learning that he engaged in inappropriate conduct of a sexual nature with an 11- year-old female acquaintance.
The Maywood Police Department learned of what had occurred between Nidoy and the victim and notified the Special Victims Unit. The ensuing investigation resulted in his the arrest.
Nidoy was charged with two (2) counts of sexual assault, and one (1) count of endangering the Welfare of a Child.
His bail was set by the Honorable Charles Powers, J.S.C. at $100,000.00 with no ten percent option and no contact with the victim. Nidoy must also surrender his passport as a condition of bail.
He was remanded to the Bergen County Jail in lieu of bail.
