Linden police are investigating an armed robbery that left a male victim injured overnight in the city.
Reports of an armed robbery in progress sent police to the 400 block of Clinton Street shortly before 11 p.m. where officers located the victim who reported that two black male suspects approached with weapons and demanded person possessions.
It is not immediately clear what the suspects took but the victim was treated by EMS for a hand injury according to reports.
The suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction.
