Isaiah House, a residential facility committed to enhancing safety and security, is seeking proposals for the installation of a sprinkler system at its location situated at 85-89 N. 14th St., East Orange.
The project aims to fortify our facility's fire protection infrastructure to ensure the utmost safety of our residents and staff.
Project Details:
*Location: Isaiah House Residential Facility, 85-89 N. 14th St., East Orange
• Scope: Installation of a comprehensive sprinkler system
• Commencement Date: 2024
Bid Requirements: Interested contractors are required to submit detailed proposals
addressing the following aspects:
1. Experience: Demonstrated experience in sprinkler system installation, particularly
in residential settings.
2. Qualifications: Valid licenses, certifications, and insurance.
3. Timeline: Proposed project timeline outlining key milestones and completion
date.
4. Cost: Competitive pricing inclusive of all materials, labor, and associated
expenses.
5. Compliance: Commitment to adhering to all relevant codes, regulations, and
safety standards.
Preference for Minority and Women-Owned Businesses (MBE/WBE):
