The Roxbury Township Police Department has been investigating an incident that occurred at the BP Gas Station located at 1551 Route 46, Ledgewood.
On January 19, 2016, a female reported a male gas station attendant grabbed her breast, over her clothing, while she was attempting pay for gas.
An investigation was conducted by Detective Sean Hefferon, and as a result, Sohan Sandhu, 53, of Roxbury, was arrested yesterday (Feb. 3) at the gas station at approximately 4 p.m.
Sandhu was processed and charged with criminal sexual contact.
He was transported to the Morris County Correctional Facility. Sandhu's bail was set at $10,000 no 10% by the Honorable Judge Ira Cohen.
