Authorities today announced the arrest of a Lakewood man accused of sexually assaulting two girls.
On Tuesday, November 10, 2015, Lakewood Police Det. Michael Cavallo and Ocean County Prosecutor’s Special Victims Unit Det. Melissa Matthews arrested Minor Villator, 30, of Lakewood for the sexual assaults of two females age 12 and 11.
Based on the partnering detective’s investigation Senior Assistant Prosecutor Terry Linardakis advised that Villator, who is known to the victims, be charged with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
Villator's bail was set by the Honorable James Blaney, JSC at $250,000 with no 10% option.
Nicole’s law and a no victim contact order were implemented. Villator was remanded to the Ocean County Jail in lieu of bail.
