Killing of PA Man in Camden Under Investigation

Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo and Camden County Police Chief Scott Thomson reported a homicide in the city.

Camden County Police responded at approximately 12:05 p.m. on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 to the intersection of 27th and Saunders Streets in Camden in reference to a shooting.

Officers arrived and located the victim, Brett Moss, 26, of Bensalem, PA, suffering from gunshot wounds.

Moss was transported to Cooper University Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at approximately 4:28 p.m. on Wednesday.

The investigation into the shooting is ongoing.

No arrests have been made at this time.
