Union County authorities are investigating an armed robbery of a gas station that occurred in Kenilworth overnight.
According to a prelim nary investigation, police were called to the 900 block of Boulevard after they received reports of an armed robbery in progress.
Officers arrived at the Shell Gas Station and were told by employees that two black males arrived in a dark-colored vehicle and armed with handguns when they demanded cash.
Police say the employees handed over an unknown amount of proceeds before the men sped away from the establishment.
The suspects were only identified as two black males who wore white masks and occupying a black or dark-colored vehicle -possibly a Honda-. There were no physical injuries reported.
Police say the suspects remain at-large.
