An overnight stabbing has police in Jersey City investigating.
Reports of an injured person sent police to the area of Ocean Avenue and Wegman Parkway shortly before 2:30 a.m. where officers located a male victim suffering a stab wound to the head according to reports.
EMS transported the male victim to Jersey City Medical Center where the victim was reported to be suffering serious injuries.
There were no immediate reports of arrests.
