Jersey City police are searching for a suspect involved in an armed robbery that occurred early Sunday morning.
The incident took place around 3:35 a.m. near Summit and Newark Avenue.
According to preliminary information, police arrived at the scene. They found the victim, believed to be a local DJ, who reported that four black males in a grey Cherokee had approached him.
The suspects brandished weapons and stole cash and approximately $100,000 worth of jewelry.
No physical injuries were reported. The incident is currently under investigation.
