Police in Jersey City are actively searching for a suspect involved in the armed robbery of a taxi driver late Sunday night.
According to authorities, the incident occurred around 11 p.m. near 775 West Side Avenue.
The taxi driver reported to police that an individual armed with a knife approached and demanded money. The suspect fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Fortunately, no physical injuries were reported during the robbery.
The suspect remains at large, and police are continuing their investigation into the incident.
