Two people were hospitalized after being shot at a location in Jersey City during the overnight hours.
At approximately midnight, police requested EMS to the 300 block of Forrest Street after receiving reports of two victims suffering bullet wounds.
Police say the victims were rushed to Jersey City Medical Center for treatment and not reported as fatalities.
According to police, the suspects fled the scene immediately after the shooting and remain st-large.
The motive for the shooting has not been determined.
