Jersey City Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred early Friday morning.
Just before 1 a.m., officers were alerted to gunfire in the 700 block of Grand Street.
Upon arrival, police secured the area and discovered two shell casings at the scene.
After a thorough search of the vicinity, no injuries were reported.
At this time, no arrests have been made, and the investigation remains ongoing as authorities work to gather more information about the incident.
