Authorities in Jersey City are investigating two shootings that occurred in the city in several hours.
The latest shooting happened around 12:30 a.m. where several 911 calls sent police to the 30's block of Rutgers Avenue.
Arriving units set up a crime scene after finding over a half dozen shell casings at that location.
One person was treated for a graze injury to the arm, but there were no other injuries.
Earlier in the afternoon, police responded to the 20's block of Stegman Street for reports of shots fired where they found a male victim suffering a gunshot injury at around 6 p.m.
The victim did not suffer life-threatening injuries.
There were no arrests in either incident.
