Jersey City authorities are looking for several suspects that are responsible for an armed robbery that occurred overnight in the city.
Reports of an armed robbery in progress sent police to the Bergen Avenue and Union Street where they met the victim who stated that shortly before officers arrived, as many as four black males who were riding bicycles approached with one of the victims armed with a gun.
The armed suspect reportedly pointed the weapon and took cash, a cell phone, and other personal possessions from the victim.
All of the suspects fled on Union Street toward JFK Boulevard immediately after the robbery.
There were no physical injuries reported.
