Two lucky tickets matched all five numbers drawn splitting the $384,334 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot from the Tuesday, Feb. 6 drawing. Each ticket is worth $192,167.
The winning numbers were: 19, 20, 31, 32 and 38 and the XTRA number was: 03. Those tickets were sold at the following locations:
Monmouth County: Wilson Avenue Deli, 198 Wilson Ave., Port Monmouth; and
Ocean County: TS II LLC, 851 Route 37 & Mule Rd., Toms River.
Acting Executive Director John M. White said, “We are thrilled that the winning jackpot tickets were sold at Wilson Avenue Deli and TS II LLC. The retailers will receive a bonus check for $2,000 for each winning ticket sold. Overnight, they have become two more ‘lucky locations’ for the very fortunate lottery winners.”
White announced that there were 447,476 tickets purchased for the drawing. By adding XTRA, for an additional $1.00 per play, winners are able to multiply their non-jackpot prizes by the XTRA number drawn.
For correctly matching four of the five numbers drawn, 81 ticketholders won $507 each and 6 others won $1,521 each with the addition of XTRA.
Moreover, for correctly matching three of the five numbers drawn, 2,419 ticketholders won $17 each and 351 others won $51 each with the addition of XTRA.
Lastly 4,642 ticketholders each won $2 for correctly matching two of the five numbers drawn with the addition of XTRA on their purchase.
