One lucky ticket matched all five numbers drawn winning the $712,820 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot from the Monday, July 30 drawing.
The winning numbers were: 03, 05, 09, 14 and 30 and the XTRA number was: 04. The lucky retailer that sold the winning ticket is Hanover Mart, 209 Hanover St., Pemberton in Burlington County.
Acting Executive Director James Carey said, “We are thrilled that the winning jackpot ticket was sold at Hanover Mart. The retailer will receive a bonus check for $2,000 for selling the winning ticket. Overnight, they have become one more ‘lucky location’ for the very fortunate lottery winner.”
Carey announced that there were 681,139 tickets purchased for the drawing. By adding XTRA, for an additional $1.00 per play, winners are able to multiply their non-jackpot prizes by the XTRA number drawn. For correctly matching four of the five numbers drawn, 168 ticketholders won $334 each and 33 others won $1,336 each with the addition of XTRA.
Moreover, for correctly matching three of the five numbers drawn, 5,312 ticketholders won $12 each and 873 others won $48 each with the addition of XTRA.
Lastly 9,164 ticketholders each won $2 for correctly matching two of the five numbers drawn with the addition of XTRA on their purchase.
