Irvington Mayor Tony Vauss, alongside the Irvington Municipal Council, has announced the highly anticipated Holiday Spectacular, a cherished annual event that embodies the joy and unity of the season.

This year’s festivities will take place on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 5 PM in front of Town Hall, located at One Civic Square.

The Holiday Spectacular is a cornerstone of Irvington’s community traditions, offering residents an evening filled with holiday cheer and special activities.

In the spirit of generosity, children attending the event will receive free toys, ensuring every young resident feels the magic of the holiday season.

Families can also enjoy a unique opportunity to meet Santa Claus at the Irvington Public Library, where the first 150 attendees will receive free photos with Santa from 2:45 PM to 4:45 PM.

This special offering, sponsored by ISABID, adds a personal touch to the celebration, creating memories families can cherish for years to come.

State Senator Renee C. Burgess praised Mayor Vauss for his dedication to the community, saying, “Mayor Tony Vauss has consistently demonstrated his commitment to bringing people together. His compassion for the children, seniors, and all residents of Irvington shines in every event he organizes.

The Holiday Spectacular is a reflection of his love for this community.”

Mayor Vauss himself emphasized the importance of fostering togetherness during the holidays. “The holiday season is a time for hope, love, and unity,” he shared.
