Police in Irvington are on the search for a shooter who fired off several rounds in a neighbor in the Township Sunday night.
According to preliminary reports, police were called to the vicinity of 18th Avenue and Breckenridge Terrace before 9:30 p.m.
Several police and EMS units arrived at the scene and found a person suffering unspecified injuries at that location. Police have not returned requests for public information, but residents in the area say they saw EMS take one person to the hospital.
According to residents, the area has issues with drug sales, loitering and trafficking that has never been addressed.
There were no arrests reported.
