An early morning shooting in Irvington has the Township police investigating.
According to preliminary reports, police were called to an address on Hillside Terrace after reports of shots fired at around 1:30 a.m.
Units arrived at the scene to find one person suffering an apparent gunshot injury according to reports.
The extent of the victim's injuries was not reported as life threatening.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation.
There were no arrests made.
