A late night residential burglary on the township had cops take two people into custody.
Police were called to the 50's block of Prospect Avenue for reports of a burglary in progress at around midnight.
Arriving units found the residence had been burglarized with entry reportedly made through a rear entrance and a vandalized window.
Two people were detained at the scene and later placed under arrest according to reports.
There were no injuries reported.
