Firefighters battled a stubborn blaze inside a two-story house in the single digit block of Banta Place last night.
Crews arrived to find heavy fire coming from the second-floor of 2 Banta Place at around 8:30 p.m. where it took firefighters about an hour to bring the blaze under control.
EMS transported one person to the hospital with non-life threatening burns.
The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
