Passaic County authorities announced that at approximately 2:30 a.m. on September 4, members of the Paterson Police Department were dispatched to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson.
According to Paterson Police, officers were advised that a 23-year-old male Paterson resident had arrived at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson via private vehicle seeking treatment for non-fatal gunshot wounds.
Police say they were able to locate a potential crime scene in the area of 22nd Avenue and Market Street.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
