The Passaic County Prosecutor's Office is investigating a shots fired incident that injured at least two victims Tuesday night in Passaic.
A ShotSpotter device activated after multiple rounds of gunfire erupted in the area of Madison Street and Gregory Avenue around 7:45 p.m.
When police arrived at the scene, they found the victims, possibly juveniles, suffering bullet wounds near Christopher Columbus Park.
The victims were transported to the hospital for treatment and are expected to recover.
Police have not released a motive for the shooting and no arrests have been made.
