Several people were transported to the hospital suffering injuries after a crash caused a vehicle to overturn on an Irvington Township Street overnight.
Emergency responder rushed to the area of 16th Avenue and Grove Street at around 2:10 a.m. after they received reports of a car crash with possible occupants trapped inside a vehicle.
Police and rescue crews arrived at the scene to find a car on its side with trapped and injured occupants.
Firefighters were able to remove the victims from the vehicle then hand them over to EMS who transported the victims to University Hospital for treatment.
There were non-life threatening injuries reported.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
