JERSEY CITY, N.J. -- Hudson County Sheriff Frank X. Schillari has announced that under his direction all Hudson County foreclosure sales and eviction notices will be positioned until after the health crisis, caused by the Coronavirus / COVID-19 outbreak, subsides.
“These are trying times for everyone and nobody should be worried that they are going to be evicted during a national health crisis,” said Hudson County Sheriff Frank X. Schillari. “In addition all Foreclosure sales will be postponed until after the emergency subsided.
I strongly urge all Hudson County residents to practice social distancing when possible and to wash their hands, sanitize common surfaces frequently and to work from home if possible.”
