Hudson County officials are investigating a shooting that left a man injured early Sunday morning in Jersey City.
The incident occurred around 3:50 a.m. near the intersection of Eastern Parkway and Garfield Avenue.
Police were dispatched to the area after reports of shots fired and found a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim was transported to Jersey City Medical Center for treatment and is reportedly in stable condition.
Officers canvassed the scene for evidence and searched for additional victims, but no other injuries were reported.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
