A Hudson County man was charged today with enticing a minor victim online to produce images and videos of explicit conduct, and producing explicit images of minors, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger announced.
According to U.S. Attorney Sellinger, Erick Solis, 25, is charged with enticement of a minor to engage in criminal explicit conduct and production of explicit images of minors.
According to the documents filed in this case and statements made in court:
From July 2020 to February 2021, Solis used a social media application to engage with two underage victims in explicit conversations.
Solis ultimately instructed both victims to take explicit photographs and videos of themselves and send them to him.
At least on one occasion, one of the victims complied.
