Spring is upon us!
With the new season comes the time change (for most of the world) and the wardrobe change.
Growing up, Spring was also the time to do what was called Spring Cleaning. It was a time to eliminate the things that no longer served us and realign with the things that did. There was usually a deep cleaning throughout the house to officially welcome the new season!
This is a great practice to add to marriedpreneur business systems. Marriage needs change as the season changes, and so do business needs.
Here's a quick checklist to Spring clean your marriedpreneuer systems:
✅ M.E.P.: First, align with your annual M.E.P. (Marriage Enrichment Plan). Are you on target with your marriage enrichment goals? If not, what needs to change? If so, what's working well?
✅ Legacy Meetings: Are you all having regular legacy meetings? What do you enjoy most? Does the time work? Duration work? How can you make them tighter?
✅ Marriage Works: What's working in your marriage? What's not working? What steps can be taken to fix it?
✅ Business Goals: Are you on pace with your Q1 business goals? If not, what needs to change? If so, what's working?
✅ Growth Plan: What skills are missing on our team? Who must we add to our support team to grow the business? What type of coach can we benefit most from now to meet our annual goals?
✅ Refuel Plan: Have you taken your Spring Break to recharge? Plan it. Execute it. Please keep it simple.
This is an abbreviated list for Spring Cleaning your business systems as married entrepreneurs. If you want the complete list of questions, listen to the How To Spring Clean Your Business Systems episode on the Marriedpreneur Life podcast.
