The New Jersey State Police seeks the public's assistance in identifying a man suspected of shoplifting.
According to State Police officials, the incident happened on Saturday, May 26th, at approximately 12:56 p.m., where the male suspect was observed placing multiple items in a plastic container at the Family Dollar in Hopewell Township, Cumberland County.
Police say surveillance video captured the unidentified male leaving the store without paying for the items.
Officers described the suspect as a black male, medium build, approximately 5'8" to 6'0", with a bald head and beard.
Police say he was last seen wearing a black shirt and blue jean shorts, entering a small compact, white vehicle.
