Police reported no injuries in a shots-fired incident in Newark's West Ward Friday.
Early morning gunfire rang out in the vicinity of 30 Tuxedo parkway around 2;20 a.m., prompting a police investigation.
Units arrived at the scene and found shell casings, but no victims were located during a community search. Police did find a home struck by bullets at that location.
No one inside the home suffered injuries.
The suspect fled the scene and is at large.
Police are investigating the motive behind the shooting.
