Fire officials in Essex County are blaming a fire that killed one person in Millburn on a terrible case of hoarding.
According to the Essex County Prosecutor's Office, one person was fatally injured after a house on Norwood Terrace went up in flames.
Officials say the fire ignited inside the house at approximately 5 p.m. and had crews on the scene trying to get through debris inside the home which made fighting the fire more difficult.
Officials have not identified the victim at this time.
