Police are investigating an early morning crash that injured one person in the city's South Ward.
The crash happened in the area of Bergen Street and Muhammad Ali Avenue at around 2:45 a.m. where emergency responders were called to the scene on reports of a crash with injuries.
Crews arriving to the scene administered first aid to one person before transporting the victim to University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of one of the vehicles involved left the scene according to reports.
Cops located the unoccupied vehicle a short distance away and launched an investigation.
There were no other injuries reported or arrests made.
