Linden Police are investigating an early morning shooting that injured a person in a section of the city.
It happened around 6:55 a.m. in the 700 block of Erudo.
Police responded to reports of shots fired and arrived to find an unidentified person struck in the head by gunfire.
The victim's last know condition was reported as severe.
There was no suspect description at this time.
The investigation is active.
