Authorities are investigating a shooting that occurred late last night that injured a woman in the city's South Ward.
Reports of shots fired in the 70's block of Fabyan Place had first responders rush to the scene shortly before 10:30 p.m. where they found a woman struck by gunfire.
The woman (reported to be around the age of 35-years-old) was transported to University Hospital where she suffered a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the arm.
There were no reports of an arrest made.
In a separate incident, gunmen fired several rounds of gunfire in the area of 12 Palm Street striking a vehicle located in the West Ward community. The shooting scene is located in close proximity to The St. Mary's Villa Senior Citizen complex.
There were no injuries reported.
