Authorities in Mercer County are looking into the motive behind a shooting that injured two victims in Trenton Saturday night.
Police said in a statement, at approximately 10:35 p.m, Trenton Police responded to reports of shots fired at 26 Carrol Street, where officers arrived and found two men were shot suffering gunshot wounds at that location.
According to o Trenton Police, one of the males was struck in his stomach while the other victim suffered a bullet wound in the arm.
Police say they were transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
