Police in Morristown are on the search for a suspect wanted for a shooting that injured a person in a section of the city on Wednesday.
According to police, gunfire rang out on Clyde Potts Drive shortly before 1:05 a.m. prompting a police investigation.
Upon arrival, police say they found the severely injured, unconscious and unresponsive victim at that location.
Emergency responders provided CPR to the victim before rushing them to the hospital for treatment.
Police believe that the suspect fled the scene in a white Land Rover. The vehicle is possibly stolen.
The extent of the victim's injuries has been reported as life-threatening and the shooter remains at large.
